Only if you want to! Our support team handles 100% of the content updates and technical maintenance for most of our customers as part of their website package.

Some customers have staff members who directly maintain calendars, articles, email marketing and other content through their Brentwood Visual website. In those cases we provide training and support to those users.

Our goal is to make it as easy as possible to have a killer website that drives results for your business. When you need something changed on your site, just send an email to our support team, and we'll handle the updates for you! We're also constantly monitoring your site to install software updates, performing regular backups, and scanning for unexpected downtime.

Basic email is included with our Basic hosting package, and as an optional add-on for the Starter package. Basic email accounts provide full accessibility from desktop or mobile devices, as well as a webmail interface. Storage space in your Basic email accounts counts toward your hosting account quota.

Advanced email is included with our Advanced hosting package, and as an optional add-on for the Basic and Starter packages. Advanced Email provides jumbo 25GB mailboxes which don't count toward your site storage quota. Advanced accounts also include spam and virus protection, an enhanced webmail platform, and larger attachment sizes. Advanced users can also opt-in for Email Archiving, which provides permanent and unlimited backup of every message sent and received from your account. This is perfect for regulatory compliance or long-term archiving.

Premium Add-Ons are additional software tools that install alongside your Content Management System to provide extra features. Calendar and event management, email marketing, download directories, business listings, and automatic review embedding are examples of these add-ons, but there are hundreds more. If you're looking for your site to accomplish a specific purpose, there's a good chance we have a Premium Add-On available to meet your needs!
